The "Reply with Video" button isn't showing up in Gmail

  • Make sure the extension is enabled at chrome://extensions.
  • Refresh the Gmail tab - the button is injected when a compose or reply window opens, so it won't appear on a tab that was already open before you installed or updated the extension.
  • Open an actual reply or new compose window - the button lives in the compose toolbar, next to Send, not in the main Gmail toolbar.

How credits work

Every account starts with 3 free videos. After that, credit packs (Starter: 15 videos for $9, Pro: 60 videos for $29) can be purchased from the extension panel. A credit is used only once a video finishes rendering successfully - a failed render doesn't cost a credit.

Billing and refunds

Credit packs are processed by Stripe and are non-refundable once credits have been added to your account, except where required by law. If you were charged in error, email us and we'll sort it out. See the Terms of Service for the full billing terms.

Is my typed text sent to an AI to rewrite it?

No. The avatar speaks exactly what you type - verbatim, word for word. Nothing rewrites, rephrases, or expands your text.

My video is stuck "rendering"

Renders typically take a couple of minutes. If it's been much longer than that, email us with your account email and roughly when you generated the video, and we'll look into it.

What does the extension access in Gmail?

Only the compose window you're actively using - to place the button and to insert the finished video link into your reply. It doesn't read other emails, contacts, or anything outside the active compose box. See the Privacy Policy for details.

How do I delete my account?

Email info@chriscastle.com from the address on your account and we'll remove your data.
