Agreement to terms
By using VideoReply, you agree to these terms. If you're using VideoReply on behalf of a company, you're confirming you have the authority to bind that company to these terms.
The service
VideoReply is a Chrome extension and web service that polishes text you type into a video script and renders an AI avatar video from it, for insertion into a Gmail reply as a hosted link.
Accounts and credits
You're responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity on it. Videos are billed against your free credits, a purchased credit pack, or your monthly plan. Credits are not refundable once a video has started rendering.
Billing
Credit packs are one-time purchases processed by Stripe. Prices are shown at checkout in US dollars. Once a credit pack purchase is completed and credits have been added to your account, it is non-refundable, except where required by law. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us and we'll look into it.
Your content
You keep ownership of the text you submit. By submitting it, you confirm that:
- You have the right to use and submit it.
- It doesn't infringe anyone else's copyright, trademark, or other rights.
- It isn't defamatory, illegal, or knowingly false in a way intended to harm someone.
VideoReply does not review submitted content before it is processed.
AI-generated content
VideoReply generates scripts and video using third-party AI models. This output is produced automatically and may not perfectly match your original intent. VideoReply does not verify the accuracy of generated scripts or videos, and is not responsible for how a generated video is interpreted, represented, or used once it's created, whether by you or by anyone you share it with. You are responsible for reviewing your videos before sending them and for how you and others represent that content.
Acceptable use
You won't use VideoReply to generate videos that impersonate a real person without their consent, spread deliberately false or misleading claims, or otherwise violate applicable law. We can suspend or terminate accounts that misuse the service.
Chrome extension permissions
The extension requests access to mail.google.com to inject the "Reply with Video" button into the compose toolbar and to insert the finished video link into your reply. It does not access other emails, contacts, or Gmail data beyond the active compose window.
No warranty
VideoReply is provided "as is." We don't guarantee that scripts or videos will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for any particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VideoReply is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including damages arising from misrepresented, inaccurate, or misused generated content. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid VideoReply in the three months before the claim arose.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify VideoReply against claims arising from content you submit and from your use or distribution of generated videos.
Termination
You can stop using VideoReply at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as VideoReply changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
